The following precautions will help you protect your private information:

- Avoid logging into your Miki account on public computers, such as in libraries or internet cafes.
- Keep your operating system, browser, and plugins up to date.
Choosing a Secure Password:
- Use both uppercase and lowercase letters and try to include at least one number.
- Passwords should contain a minimum of 8 characters.
- Don't use obvious words or personal information such as your first or last name.
- Don't use passwords that match the format of your birthday, phone numbers, or other easily recognizable numbers.
- Do not use a password that is related to your username.
Is Your Account Compromised?
Your account may have been compromised if:
- There have been changes to your account details that you didn't make, such as your email address, home address, or phone number.
- There has been activity on your account that you did not perform. This may include deposits or withdrawals or placing bets.
- You have received an email notifying you of a password change without you having taken any action.
If any of the above-mentioned events have affected your account, change your password immediately and contact Miki customer service.
Money Transfer
To ensure that your personal data is safe during communication with the browser, the company uses secure and tested encryption technology. All online transactions are protected through our payment providers and our internal security encryption system.
Withdrawal to you
Each time you transfer money from your Miki account to your credit card, bank account or other payment processor, we want to be absolutely sure that it is you who receives the money.
